Adult or Obscene Policy

We aim to promote inclusivity and respect while prioritizing user safety. Wallapop strictly prohibits sexual harassment, non-consensual behavior, and explicit content. Users must refrain from posting vulgar, pornographic, or obscene material. Any sexually explicit behaviour or content advocating sexual acts will be removed, and accounts may be suspended.

What is the policy?

The following are prohibited user behaviors: 

• Unwelcome conduct of adult sexual nature such as but not limited to:
  • Sexual advances or sexual or suggestive comments.
  • Requests for sexual favors, dates or companionship; 
    • This includes but is not limited to sexual massages.
  • Unwelcome remarks about an individual’s appearance;
  • Discussions, remarks or jokes of a sexual nature;
  • Other verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature.
• Attacks using derogatory terms related to sexual activities (e.g., slut or whore).
• Sexual offering or any sexual-related offering.
• Users selling sex related products or publishing other listings described in our Adult or Obscene Content Policy
• Fetishism and related behaviour. 

Activity must follow Wallapop policy. Otherwise, a range of actions can be imposed including ending or canceling listings or account suspension. Fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action may not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
