Adult or Obscene Content Policy

Adult and sexual items or content are prohibited in Wallapop. The inquiry, promotion, or solicitation for such items, including through chat conversations is not permitted. Pornography, sexually explicit content or language, or any other type of content that displays or advocates for sexual acts will be removed.

What is the policy?

The following are not permitted to advertise:

• Sexual or obscene content of any kind (images and/or description). This includes but is not limited to:
  • Listings related to sex, eroticism, or fetishism, nor related to sexual massage, companionship, and/or prostitution. 
  • Hentai comics or videos displaying pornographic content.
  • Nudes of individuals with female nipples, visible genitalia or anus or adults engaging in sexual acts depictions.
    • Photographs of paintings, sculptures, and other works of art that show nudes are permitted.
• Adult toys and related accessories that are used for sexual purposes.

Activity that doesn’t follow Wallapop policy could result in a range of actions, including ending or canceling listings or account suspension. Fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action may not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
