Virtual Goods Policy
All items listed for sale on Wallapop must be tangible goods. We do not permit the sale of digital content or other non-physical items. We also consider any kind of gift card or ticket to fall under this policy.
What is the policy?
The following are not permitted to advertise:
- Digital content or other non-physical items.
- Digital software or digital licenses.
- Any type of tickets including tickets for events and transport tickets.
- Gift cards.
- Game coins and web currency.
- Digital books.
- Stocks or shares.
- Subscriptions to channels, websites, or other memberships.
- Cryptocurrencies.

Activity must follow Wallapop policy. Otherwise, a range of actions can be imposed including ending or canceling listings or account suspension. Fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action may not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
Why does Wallapop have this policy?
This policy helps ensure that important government regulations are followed. In addition, this policy helps prevent money laundering and other illegal activity.
