Wallapop prohibits the sale or offering of illegal services or services that violate our User Agreement.

What is the policy?

Advertising of the following is not allowed:

• Services that are illegal in themselves or may involve illegal activity
• Unlocking of phones and other hardware
• Appointments for public administration procedures
• Exchange of real or virtual currency (collectible coins are allowed)
• Betting services
• Aesthetic treatment services requiring licensed healthcare professionals that do not include a registration/license number
• Healthcare professionals without a valid license or registration number (ads must include the license number)
• Black magic, tarot reading, voodoo, or similar services
• Services to modify electronic devices intended to bypass technical security measures or legal restrictions
• Loan granting services
• Financing services
  • Except for PRO users (this only applies to financing the advertised product; standalone financing services are not allowed)
• Gambling services
• Services for buying or selling social media accounts or followers, YouTube channels, websites, domains, etc.
• Services related to affiliate schemes, pyramid schemes, or similar services. This includes using the platform for direct sales of products or services operating under multi-level marketing models or seller recruitment systems, such as Thermomix, Avon, Tupperware, Mary Kay, or similar products
• Trading, tipster, or sports betting advisory services
• Services to level up accounts in digital games
• Driver/taxi services
• Tobacco machine rental services
• In-home sales meeting services such as Tupperware, Tuppersex, or similar
• Insurance and real estate advisory services
• Services for handling housing contracts, timeshare agreements, or residency registration
• Government-regulated services
• Odometer rollback services
• Job offers without a title, clear description, or working conditions
• Escort or companionship services
• Services for completing assignments, final projects, or theses
  • Private tutoring is allowed, but providing the final work is not
• Hunting services
• Private security, private investigator, detective, or similar services
• Transfer or assignment of funeral rights or administrative cemetery concessions (niches, burial plots, mausoleums, or funeral spaces)

Examples of listings:

All activity must comply with Wallapop’s policy. Otherwise, a range of measures may be applied, such as ending or canceling listings or suspending the account. Any fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take action may not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
