Prohibited Profile Content Policy

Feel free to get creative when setting up your Wallapop profile! However, certain types of content are not allowed. When we say “profile,” we mean your name, profile picture, and, for PRO subscribers, additional fields like your description and specific buttons.

What is the policy?

The following are not allowed anywhere on your profile:

• Using the Wallapop name or logos.
• Using a phone number or link as your username.
• Including personal contact information or links that redirect to commercial activity off the platform.
  • PRO Users:
    • They may include their contact details only through the buttons enabled on their profile:
    • PRO Motor: button to add phone number and website.
    • Other PROs: button to add website only.
      

• It is not allowed to add contact details in the profile description.
• Using profile pictures or names that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Including offensive or vulgar elements, or any visual content depicting minors (under 18) in inappropriate or compromising situations.

Activity must follow Wallapop policy. Otherwise, a range of actions can be imposed, including ending or canceling listings or account suspension. Fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action may not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
