Other Prohibited Conduct

This policy encompasses activities and behaviors that we consider harmful for our community. 

What is the policy?

The following are prohibited behaviors: 

• Repeatedly publish listings that violate our policies.
• Accounts dedicated to promoting or selling products or services associated with Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, direct sales, or similar services.
• Selling defective products.
• Repeatedly failing to show up at appointments agreed upon between the seller and the buyer.
• Promote external websites, applications, or services that are not offered by Wallapop.

Activity must follow Wallapop policy. Otherwise, a range of actions can be imposed including ending or canceling listings or account suspension. Fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action may not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.

Why does Wallapop have this policy?

This policy serves as a guide to maintain transparency, trust, and ethical conduct by prohibiting harmful behaviors.
