Offensive Speech & Hate Policy
We aim to foster a culture of inclusivity and respect while maintaining the safety and security of our users. Wallapop welcomes people of all backgrounds and there’s no room for bullying, violence or offensive speech. This type of behavior can take many forms, such as verbal abuse, physical intimidation, or discriminatory actions. Interacting with profanity, offensive messages, jokes, insults, or hate speech. Wallapop prohibits behavior that constitutes bullying, such as making threats or engaging in targeted attacks against other users.
What is the policy?
The following are prohibited user behaviors:
- Profanity, offensive messages, jokes, insults, or hate speech. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Discrimination or hate speech towards others, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, nationality, disability, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, sex, or gender identity.
- Introducing or disseminating content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, defamatory, apology of terrorism, incitement to hatred, or that violate human rights.
- Inciting violence, threats of violence, or actual violence.
- Bullying or Harassment. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Making threats or engaging in targeted attacks against other users.

- Making threats or engaging in targeted attacks against other users.
Activity must follow Wallapop policy. Otherwise, a range of actions can be imposed including ending or canceling listings or account suspension. Fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action may not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
