Misuse of Features and Promotions

It is strictly prohibited to misuse Wallapop features and promotions in order to bypass restrictions or engage in behavior that manipulates or undermines the integrity of the platform. 

What is the policy?

The following are prohibited behaviors: 

Feature misuse:

• Misuse of shipping services.
• Misuse of payment services.
• Abusing promotions. 
• Falsely or incorrectly reporting or reviewing a user or item.  
• Abusing our reporting system, or otherwise exploiting tools meant to protect the community.

Misusing Accounts:

• Creating a new account to bypass restrictions.

Misusing Listings: 

• Relisting an item that has been banned by Wallapop. 
• Using systems or external tools for the massive and/or automatic publication or renewal of Listings.
• Listing items not in your possession, shipping from a third party or stating the item will be shipped at a future date
• Repeatedly listing items that are not actually for sale or without the intent to sell.

Activity must follow Wallapop policy. Otherwise, a range of actions can be imposed including ending or canceling listings or account suspension. Fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action may not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.

This policy outlines our guidelines for the proper use of features and promotions and aims to promote transparency, fairness, and integrity in our platform.
