In Wallapop it is prohibited to include contact details or external links in listings, as well as to create ads whose sole purpose is to promote the user’s profile, advertise catalogs of multiple products without the possibility of purchasing them directly from that listing, or redirect users to other points of sale (inside or outside Wallapop).

In Wallapop it is prohibited to include contact details or external links in listings, as well as to create ads whose sole purpose is to promote the user’s profile, advertise catalogs of multiple products without the possibility of purchasing them directly from that listing, or redirect users to other points of sale (inside or outside Wallapop).
What is the policy?
The following are not allowed in listings:
- Phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or other contact methods that redirect activity off the platform.
- PRO subscribers may add contact information to their profile, but only in the designated section and in accordance with the Prohibited Profile Content Policy.
- Listings whose sole purpose is to promote a user’s profile or advertise catalogs of multiple products/services without the possibility of purchasing them directly in that listing.
- Unsolicited advertising or promotions, pyramid or multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes, requests for donations, or spam.
Example listings:
Activity must follow Wallapop policy. Otherwise, a range of actions can be imposed including ending or canceling listings or account suspension. Fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action may not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
