Incongruent Listings Policy
All listing titles, images, price points, and descriptions must be accurate and truthful. Listing titles, images, price points, and descriptions should all align and specify the product being sold. Unverified claims, guarantees, certain assurances, promises, or endorsements in the titles, images, and/or descriptions of a listing may be considered to be false advertisements.
What is the policy?
The following are not permitted to advertise:
- Images that are inaccurate or do not correctly show the offered product.
- False, dishonest, ambiguous, incorrect, or misleading content.
- Incongruent prices.
Example listings:
Activity must follow Wallapop policy. Otherwise, a range of actions can be imposed including ending or canceling listings or account suspension. Fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action may not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
