Images Policy

You must have permission to post any image on Wallapop. We also don’t allow compromising content related to an individual under the age of 18 to protect minors. 

What is the policy?

The following are not permitted to advertise:

• Visual content related to an individual under the age of 18 in a compromising situation.
  • Images of minors (anyone under 18) in a compromising situation, even when the listing is not intended to be sexual in nature. In images, minors must be fully clothed.
• Items listed using stock images, and/or supplier photos.

Activity must follow Wallapop policy. Otherwise, a range of actions can be imposed including ending or canceling listings or account suspension. Fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action may not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.

Why does Wallapop have this policy?

This policy helps protect minors and ensures that your photos follow current rules and regulations.
