Forbidden Service Policy

Wallapop prohibits the sale or offer of services that are illegal or violate our user agreement. 

What is the policy?

The following are not permitted to advertise:

• Services that are themselves illegal or may include illegal activity. For example,
  • Unlocking phones and other hardware.
  • Scheduled appointments to carry out Public Administration procedures.
• Real or virtual currency exchange. Collectibles in circulation are okay.
• Betting services.

• Aesthetic treatment services requiring licensed health professionals and lacking a license or registration number.

• Unlicensed healthcare professionals or without a registration number.

  • Listings must include the professional license or registration number.
• Black magic, tarot reading, voodoo, or similar services.
• Electronic device modification services.
• Granting loans.
• Financing services.
  • Except for PRO users (this applies only for financing of the advertised product, it is not allowed to advertise financing services as such).
• Gambling services.
• Services for selling or buying accounts or followers for social networks, YouTube channels, web pages, domains, etc.
• Affiliate, pyramid schemes, or similar services. This includes the use of this platform for the direct sale of products or services operating under multi-level marketing models or sales recruitment systems, such as Thermomix, Avon, Tupperware, Mary Kay, or similar products.
• Trader services, tipstering, and sports betting advice.
• Services for boosting your level in digital games.
• Driver/taxi services.
• Tabaco machine renting services. 
• Home meeting services like Tupperware, Tuppersex, or similar services.
• Insurance services and real estate advisers.
• Housing contract processing services, timesharing, or registration of residency services.
• Government regulated services
• Mileage reprogramming service
• Job offers without job title, specifications, and working conditions.
• Escort services.
• Homework, final degree projects, thesis services.
  • Private classes are ok. Providing the final work is not permitted. 
• Hunting services.
• Private security services, private investigator, detective, and similar services.
• Transfer or assignment of funeral rights or cemetery administrative concessions (niches, burial plots, mausoleums or funeral spaces).

Example listings:

Activity must follow Wallapop policy. Otherwise, a range of actions can be imposed including ending or canceling listings or account suspension. Fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action may not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.

This policy reflects our commitment to the safety of our users, the integrity of the platform, and our compliance with government and market regulations.
