Forbidden Products Policy

Our Forbidden Products Policy reflects our commitment to our user’s safety and the integrity of the platform. 

What is the policy?

The following are not permitted to advertise:

• Listings that are themselves illegal or may include illegal activity.
• Parts or simulations of the human body, bodily fluids, or human remains.
• State-owned equipment or products received as part of government assistance.
• Current official uniforms. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Uniforms and official clothing of state bodies, police, army, civil guard.
  • Uniforms of delivery or transportation companies.
• Blocked mobile devices. 
• Bills of currency in circulation, even if they are collector’s items.
  • Collectible coins, including those in circulation, are allowed.
• External wallets for storing cryptocurrencies.
• Pre-sale or reservation of products out of stock.
• Promotion of pre-sale or reservation of products outside the app.
• Decoders or Kodi Technology programmed for illegal use.
• Items that are related to or recovered from natural disasters, crime scenes, accidents, or tragedies.
• SIM cards or prepaid cards for mobile phones and phone numbers.
• Selling stolen items.
• Plants classified as invasive species.
• Radar or frequency jamming devices.
• Gold or silver bullion. 
• Mystery boxes without any description of what is inside.
• Promotional products or samples whose sale is prohibited.This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Samples or testers of makeup and perfumery.
  • Products that must be returned after completion of the service or contract.
• Picklocks or masterkeys.
• Parts or components of vehicles essential for their operation (spare parts).
  • They are allowed if they are announced by authorized centers for the treatment of end-of-life vehicles (CAT).

Example listings:

Activity must follow Wallapop policy. Otherwise, a range of actions can be imposed including ending or canceling listings or account suspension. Fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action may not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
