Drugs & Medical Products Policy

Wallapop does not permit the sale of products that require a prescription, medical professional’s supervision or over-the-counter goods. We also don’t permit the sale of illegal or recreational drugs and accessories. 

What is the policy?

The following are not permitted to advertise:

• Electronic cigarettes or vapes, electronic cigarette parts, and accessories.
• Tobacco and related products. 
  • This includes waterpipes, shishas, pipes or tobacco vending machines.
• Prescription medication. 
• Products or devices that are to be applied or used by a health care professional or that are intended exclusively for human or animal medical uses. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Used hearing aids.
  • Prostheses or implants that require surgery or go inside the body (dental prostheses or implants, active implantable medical devices, etc.).
  • Laser/light devices for hair removal, physiotherapy, etc.
  • Exfoliation and peeling devices
  • Pain relief devices, such as TENS machines or electrotherapy devices
  • Fetal heartbeat detectors, ultrasound scanners for babies, respiratory sensors
• Illegal or recreational drugs. Some examples include but are not limited to:
  • Poppers and Muscle Relaxants.
  • Recreational and/or Party Drugs.
  • Marijuana and Cannabis Products.
  • Cigars and Cigarettes.
• Marijuana seeds.
• Over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
  • Proteins, vitamins, and gym shakes.
• Condoms, preservatives, lubricants, stimulant gels, retardant gel. 
• Urine drug tests. 
• Prostheses or implants that require surgery or go inside the body.
  • This includes dental prostheses or dental implants.
• Products that need to be applied by a health professional.
  • This includes but is not limited to used ear hearing aids.
• Self-diagnostic medical products.
  • Including autodiagnostic COVID-19 tests, pregnancy tests, fertility tests, glucometers, coagulation test strips, and other over-the-counter self-diagnostic devices
• Flea collars and pipettes for animals.

Activity must follow Wallapop policy. Otherwise, a range of actions can be imposed including ending or canceling listings or account suspension. Fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action may not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.

This policy reflects our commitment to the safety of our users, the integrity of the platform, and our compliance with health and safety regulations.
